Villa Ciuti - Pisa in Tuscany

Formerly known as “Villa Montelisi”, it stands near the Piazza di Crespina and dates back to the 16th century. It belonged to the Florentine Puntolmi family who used it as a hunting residence (still visible today).

The original body of the building develops on two storeys; the façade and the interior show the typical features of the minor Florentine architecture of the 16th century. The oratory, which was attributed to F. Melani, was built in 1741 close to the villa and shows simple classical elements. The attached buildings, such as the small villa or the 19th-century garden, are noteworthy.
